Community Connect Program: Near and Far – Helping Passengers Complete that Last Mile!
What is the Community Connect Program? Jefferson Lines vision is to expand our business over the next three to five years as the preferred independent bus company that is connected with our communities, our civic institutions, and our transportation partners. We operate true to this vision in that we strongly believe in the importance and need for access to public transportation options for the communities that we serve, many of which are rural communities. We developed the Community Connect Program as a way to better connect with our transportation partners by helping each other bring transportation awareness to the communities that we serve.
So, are you a small public transit system that would like to increase your exposure? Partnering with Jefferson Lines has helped small systems become known as the transportation option for everyone, not just for seniors. Or are you a large transit system hoping to better connect your residents with opportunity beyond your community boundaries? Offering more streamlined transportation options both near and far means better service for residents of your community, making your community more attractive to visitors. Knowledge is power when it comes to transportation. Help spread the word by joining our Community Connect Program!
