Enhanced Vehicle and Depot Cleaning
Jefferson Lines has implemented expanded cleaning and disinfecting processes in our buses and company owned depots with our certified clean program. Jefferson Lines routinely uses EPA approved disinfectant in the lavatories as well as interior cleaner throughout the rest of the bus. In addition to an upgraded disinfectant, we have expanded the use of the product throughout the bus and trained our bus cleaners on items requiring special attention while cleaning. Our ventilation and filtering system are designed for fresh air to be exchanged six times an hour and interior air to be passed through the filtering system every two minutes. Jefferson Lines drivers and depot employees have been asked to wipe down surfaces with a disinfectant at the end of each day during multi-day bus movements. Jefferson Lines has made hand sanitizer available for our passengers at our company-managed terminals and has asked our third-party agents to make it available as well.
