When using the updated TDS Agency POS system, you will experience multiple upgrades to better support agencies in their role. These upgrades include: improved customer service with simple to use modernized interface that makes selling tickets easy.
User Login Page
You will receive your login user name and password by email
Book a Ticket
Select “one way” or “round trip”
Select – Travel dates
Select – Departure and Destination Locations
Select – Number and Type Passengers
Schedules and Fares
Select – Schedule
Select – Fare
Select – Return Schedule
Enter Passenger Information
Enter – Passenger Names
Enter – Number of Bags
Select – Wheelchair/No Wheelchair
Enter – Email and Phone Number
Enter – Promo Code (If Applicable)
Payment
Select – Payment Type
Payment Pending
Confirm and Submit
End at Confirmation Page
Select Search Ticket
Using a single field or combination of fields.
Search Results
Select the confirmation and it will show ticket details and give you the option to print the ticket or send a confirmation email.
When does the new system go live?

How can I change customer ticket for a new travel date?
Short term solution – fill out ticket exchange/reissue form available on the Agent Resource page under Resources.

Where can I find the passenger manifest?
Short term solution – available on demand
Long term solution coming soon.
How do we run agency reports in new POS system?
Short term solution – you will receive daily system automated email and continue the current agency reporting process.

Will each agent have their own login or is there one login for an agency?
Each agent will be set up with their own login. Please contact your supervisor to request system access. Once approved, the supervisor will submit login request to BOSS.
Can agent look up old confirmation number in the new system?
No, but for a limited time the NBTS system will be available for transaction look up.
What payment options are available in the new system?
Short term solution – Cash and offline bank card
Long term solution – Other payment methods will be available in the future, example: integrated virtual credit card processing in POS.
How can I connect printer to print a ticket?
Instructions will be provided. If you run into any issues, JL depot staff please contact IT department, other agencies – contact your local IT department.
Can I sell just bags if customer already purchased a ticket online?
Yes, you can create transaction for bags only.
