Travel Alerts

ATTENTION: December 19, passengers should expect to experience delays in travel due to upcoming weather conditions. To prepare for this weather impact, we ask all customers begin to:

  • Consider rescheduling prior to your scheduled departure. Recently implemented, customers can now reschedule tickets up until the date and time of travel when purchased through a Jefferson Lines Account. All you must do is:
    1. Sign in and find your upcoming reservation.
    2. Select Manage to pull up the travel details.
    3. Select Reschedule to find your new date and time.
  • Tickets may be changed or rescheduled for a service fee plus any cost difference of the new ticket if applicable. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.
  • Monitor our Travel Alerts. Updates regarding impacted routes will be posted on our Travel Alerts page.
  • Plan for delays. Please contact your local Jefferson depot or agent ticket office prior to your departure to verify your schedule is running and the depot location is open.
